4.       Go to the How to sign in section, then press Change Password.

5.       In the New Password and Validate New Password boxes, type a new password, then select Proceed.

6.       The change is made immediately if the password looks fine. You are given the opportunity to add an email address or phone number for rehabilitation, which is encouraged but not necessary.

 

Reset a password that was forgotten

1. Go to Helper Sign-in.

2. Enter one of the listed recovery products for the account.

3. The Continue click.

4. Follow the instructions given in the Helper for Sign-in
