3.       Avoid sending emails to poor addresses.


You need to remove it from the list immediately if an email returns as a hard bounced email. If an email returns as a bounced email, you will try multiple attempts to send it. If the email still bounces after a few tries, delete it from your list too. Your actions may be considered spamming if you continue to send to non-deliverable email addresses.
