messages are transferred to another folder in Outlook and are not completely

Most of the deleted emails in Outlook are transferred to the
Deleted Items folder. This is where you are most likely to restore emails.
To restore messages in the Deleted Items folder:

Select a folder containing deleted email
messages.

Highlight or open the message you want to

Then, go to the Home tab and select Other
Folder. Or press Ctrl+Shift+V for Windows and windows+Shift+M for Mac.

designation folder

Select OK and Move for Mac.

To restore messages that have been deleted from the Deleted Items folder in Outlook for Windows:
1.
In Outlook, Connect to your Exchange
email account.
2.
Go to the Deleted Items folder.
3.
Go to your Home tab.

Pick Recover Deleted Items from the Server in
the Actions Group.
5.
In the Recover Deleted Items dialog box,
highlight messages that you want to retrieve.
6.
Order the list using each of the column headers,
such as From or Deleted On; click again to reverse the sort order.
7.
Press and hold Ctrl to highlight several emails,
then pick the messages. Click and hold Shift to select a range of messages.
8.
Select to Restore Selected Items.
9.
Select OK.
10.
The messages are moved to the deleted items
folder.
11.
To recover the message, go to the Deleted Items
folder and highlight the recovered message.
12.
Go to the Home tab and choose Other Folders.

Pick the Inbox or another folder in the Move
Items dialog box.
